A great way to open up a blocked Third Eye Chakra is to practice meditation and develop our self-awareness. This will help us release overthinking, self-doubt and excessive worries. Once we become aware of our negative thought patterns, we can gently release them with mindfulness and self-love.

We need to realize that releasing control and going with the flow will always open up new doors of opportunities for us.
