Using Shungite & Steatite Harmonizers

You should start with 3-5 minutes and gradually increase to 10 to 15 minutes twice a day. The harmonization effect persists for 2 days. It is recommended that you use the harmonizers twice a day for 2 weeks at a time with a 2 week break following. Once you are able to maintain balance you can use the harmonizers when you need to find your center of calm and serenity.
